Tuplex is a premium quality acoustic underlay for use under floating floors – it is certified to reduce impact noise by approximately 20dB.

It has a moisture and vapour barrier and so can be used over concrete (with a moisture content of 5% or lower) without visqueen or builders plastic.

Tuplex is a new generation underlay for hard flooring. It can be used underneath laminate floors as well as veneered and all engineered hardwood and coniferous floating floors.

Comprised of two layers of solid polyethylene with flexible polystyrene granules sandwiched between them.

Suitable for use with underfloor heating.

TOG 0.8 / Thermal Resistance 0.083 m2K/W.
